We are seeking a local, Georgia-licensed, Property-Casualty and Life Insurance Agent to join our team!
We are also eagerly looking to recurit international speaking insurance agents. Remote agent in Georgia only, OK

Position: Full commission, licensed Insurance Agent (FT), plus, renewable income

Responsibilities:

Our agency is ranked #2 in our division class in Georgia, we intend to take it all the way. But to do that, we're looking for someone that can communicate 'value' in the 'close' with the customer versus 'I got the cheapest 'price'. Don't get me wrong, price is very important in modern day living; in fact, I don't want to pay more than I should. However, what suffers is that the insurance agent doesn't become an advocate for 'value', like 100% replacement cost vs actual cash value and with other needed coverages or increased liability levels. Failing at this point exposes the customer to needless liability cost in an effort to lower the premium amount for liability protection. Unfortunately, the insurance agent is misguided under this kind of pressure shopping by the customer. After the quote, the insurance agent failed to differentiate themself from other insurance competitors, in advocating the 'value' components of the policy.

Compensation: Full commission ( which is the gross percentage of what we earn, 100% it's all yours, it's all yours, no net off the gross paid to Johns Agency ) + renewable income. Yes, this means I will pay a percentage _ % twice a year for your personal production of auto closes and once a year for all your home binded policies.
